Description
The project named "Beylikdüzü Valley of Life" is an initiative situated in the Beylikdüzü district of Istanbul, aiming to enhance pedestrian connections through the elevations of bridges and landscape design. This valley is located in the western terminal area of the city and is divided into two deep sections.
Designed with an integrative approach, the project harmonizes landscape planning and design decisions to provide a structure that effectively interacts with the current natural vegetation and slope values. The proposed areas have been protected and clarified according to the local plant texture, intending to minimize environmental intervention.
A water element, shaped based on the existing topography, has been added to the project. This water feature is created with natural properties that support climate conditions and design orientations. Pedestrian paths have been carefully designed around this water element to adapt to changing weather conditions.
Additionally, the project includes the design of a fast road and a pedestrian bridge connecting two regions of the Beylikdüzü district. This innovative project seeks to balance urban design with environmental sensitivity. To obtain the latest information about the current status of this project, it is recommended to consult local sources or contact the authorities managing the project.
